Talenzy connects creative talent with companies. For that connection to work, we all have to commit to keeping a safe, fair and professional space. These rules apply to every user, without exception.
Talenzy is a workplace. Treat every user with respect and behave professionally in your communications. Insults, harassment, discrimination and hate speech are not tolerated under any circumstances.
You may not impersonate anyone else or create fake accounts. Your profile must represent your real identity and work. Accounts impersonating brands, celebrities or other users will be removed.
Only publish content you have the right to share. Sexually explicit, violent, illegal or hate-promoting content is not allowed. All content must be suitable for a professional environment.
Respect copyright. Only share content you authored or hold the necessary rights to. Infringement reports are handled following DMCA procedures and applicable Spanish law.
All financial agreements must go through Talenzy's contract system. Moving payments off the platform violates our terms and removes the protections we offer to both parties.
You may not send unsolicited messages, post repetitive content or use bots or automation to inflate metrics. Proposals must be genuine and reflect real work.
Do not publish other users' personal information without their consent. This includes contact details, location, private photos or any sensitive information.
Ratings must reflect your real experience. You may not manipulate the reputation system through fake ratings, review swapping or pressuring other parties to change their ratings.
The Talenzy team reviews every report. Consequences are proportionate to the severity and frequency of the breaches.
Warning
First minor breach: formal notice and guidance about the rules.
Temporary restriction
Repeated or moderate breaches: features limited for a set period.
Suspension
Serious breaches: account suspended while the situation is investigated.
Permanent ban
Very serious or repeated breaches: permanent removal from the platform.

This document is available in several languages. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
