At Talenzy we respect the intellectual property of every creator. This policy explains how we handle copyright and what happens when an infringement is reported.
When you publish content on Talenzy, you keep all your copyright and intellectual property rights. By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute your content within the platform and for the purpose of promoting Talenzy. This licence ends when you delete your content or your account.
If you believe your protected work has been published on Talenzy without your permission, you can send us a notice at contact@talenzy.app with the following information:
We process valid notices within 5 business days. The reported content may be removed or restricted while it is investigated. The user who published the content will be notified and may submit a counter-notice if they believe the report is not valid.
Users who accumulate multiple confirmed copyright infringements may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform, in line with the guidelines of EU Directive 2019/790 on copyright in the digital single market.
We recognise the concept of fair use and respect content under Creative Commons licences. If you are unsure whether a specific use is allowed, we recommend consulting a legal professional before publishing.
